How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach out to Speechdigital Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Speechdigital Remodeling
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Speechdigital Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@speechdigital.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
